Primary Manager The new Primary Manager feature is meant to provide clarity of the sales hierarchy by assigning one Primary Manager to each team. Currently, there is no way to distinguish which Sales Manager on a team is the true team manager. By setting the Primary Manager, all parties involved are clear who the main management point of contact should be for each team.
Support Contacts For Dealers with project support teams, the new Support Contacts feature allows you to attach users with the Sales Support Admin role to Regions, Teams, or Users. Users assigned as a Support Contact will 1.) see all the projects, leads and tickets assigned to the Region(s), Team(s) or User(s) to which they are assigned, 2.) receive notifications on those projects, and 3.) have edit access to be able to view proposals, resolve tickets, create change orders, and take other actions.
Support Contacts can be attached within both the Manage Dealer tool (if attaching to a Region or Team), or within the Users tool (if attaching to an individual directly). Dealer Administrators, Sales Managers, Regionals and Executives have access to assign Primary Support Contacts to the users that are visible to them. Only users with the Sales Support Admin role will be selectable as Support Contacts.
